Data Deletion Instructions

If you used Facebook Login, created a member profile, or submitted content to AI Music Fight Club, you can request deletion or anonymization of personal information associated with you. Anonymized contest history may be retained to preserve results and contest integrity.

How to request deletion

1. Email the site administrator with the subject AI Music Fight Club Data Deletion.
2. Include the administrator email address for the account you connected, or the participant or Facebook name you used.
3. If your request concerns a submission, include the contest name and song title so the correct record can be located. Do not email your private submission or Fighter code.
4. Describe whether you want your Facebook Login record, optional member profile, identity information, submitted media, or all applicable personal information deleted.

Requests are reviewed and handled by the site administrator after the requester is verified. This is not an instant or automated deletion process.
