AI Music Fight Club is a theme-based AI music contest and listening app.

Facebook Login

Facebook Login is optional. Administrators must first sign in with email and password and explicitly connect Facebook. For AIMFC group members, the first Facebook sign-in checks the profile name against the authorized member roster. If exactly one active roster entry matches, the Facebook app-scoped user ID is associated with that member record and becomes the identifier used for later sign-ins.

If Facebook login is enabled and you choose to use it, we request only your Facebook public profile, and read only:

• your Facebook app-scoped user ID;
• the name on your profile, if provided.

We do not request or receive your email address. We also do not request or receive your profile picture, friends, photos, posts, likes, or any other Facebook content.

If Facebook later reports a different profile name for an already-linked member ID, the site asks before changing the member's displayed name. Members may optionally save a nickname, studio or project, genres, hobbies, and broad geographic region in their profile.

Other information we may keep

Contest and submission records may include the participant name you enter, song title, uploaded audio or a music-service link, original filename and file details, contest activity, and timestamps. Bracket entries may also include a biography, country, profile photo, and competition history.

An optional email address entered for delivery of a submission code is used to send that message and is not saved with the submission. The app uses a session cookie for sign-in and contest access. Hosting, email, and security services may process technical information such as an IP address and request logs to operate and protect the site.

Contest listening reports may retain a compact per-song summary: playback starts, completions, longest listening time, best percentage where the player exposes duration, and the most recent activity time. Signed-in activity is associated with the member record; code-access listening is associated only with a random browser-session identifier. Member votes are associated with the member record. These reports are available only to administrators.

How information is shown and used

Submission information is used to administer contests, provide participant access, play entries, and publish contest or bracket results. Depending on the contest settings and stage, participant names, song titles, biographies, profile photos, and competition results may be visible to other participants or the public. Anonymous listening rounds use contest labels instead of participant identities.

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only as needed with service providers that operate the site and its email or hosting, or when contest content is intentionally published as described above.

Information we do not keep from Facebook

The app does not store your Facebook password or access token.

Retention and deletion

Contest history may be retained to protect contest integrity and preserve results. Facebook Login records and other identity fields can be deleted or anonymized on request, and submitted media can be removed when applicable. Some non-identifying contest records may be retained.
